Change a voice call into text chat |
Sometimes, what is most suitable is text. With Chat it you can politely switch a the voice conversation into text. Once the switch is made, Instant-Message line interface appears.
When you choose to Chat it, the called party receives a voice response, telling them text is most suitable for you right now. The call is then terminate, and Chat it begins the text chat for you, by opening the Chat IT screen and sending a message to the person who called you.
Chat it Features:
- Conversation-like interface allows backward reference within the conversation
- Messages are saved and are traceable through message history
- The calling party can use regular text interface if they don’t have Chat it
- For a quick response pre-configured available texts
