Chief Executive Officer

Having worked on the cutting-edge for leading software companies for nearly a decade, Max Bluvband brings to Silent Communications exceptional expertise and acumen.  Max’s work ranged from VOIP Telephony to advanced mobile and multimedia technologies, having worked for Tundo, which specializes in next generation packet telephony and e-commerce  solutions, and Softwatch, which creates internet solutions for pharmaceutical and health care companies.  Max has a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences.

Vice President Sales

Mr. Buchmeier joined Silent Communication in 2007,  Mr. Buchmeier brings extensive experience in sales, business development and marketing in the mobile and fixed line industries of more than 10 years to Silent Communication.

Before joining Silent Communication, Mr. Buchmeier previously held senior positions in Sales in various high tech companies such as Nokia Siemens Networks, Schema, Mobixell and Telmap. In his various roles he was responsible among others for development of business propositions, market penetration, marketing campaigns and sales Combined with a deep understanding of operators, their networks as well as the market development allowing him to adjust the company?s vision to market requirements.

Mr. Buchmeier holds a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University Hannover in Germany.

Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Shahar Hajdu is responsible for the technology vision across Silent Communications product line.
Shahar Hajdu brings over twelve years of significant experience in software development ranging from communications to multimedia. Shahar managed a broad scope of fields and ventures as a senior engineer at Elbit, a global defense electronic company. Shahar graduated Cum Laude from the Israel Institute of Technology, the Technion, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Founder and Vice President Professional Services

Nadav Daniel is responsible for smooth integration of Silent Communication products for its customers and partners.
Nadav Daniel brings an extensive expertise and talent to his role at Silent Communications.  With eight years of broad ranging experience in software development from multimedia and Internet development to mobile technology, Nadav joined the founding team of Silent Communications from Retalix, a leading company that focuses on solutions for the retail food industry worldwide.  Nadav has a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Director Marketing and Business Development

Mrs. Efrat Ramati joined Silent Communication at 2007. Mrs. Ramati brings extensive experience in marketing and business development and specializes in the area of mobile communication.
Before joining silent communication, Mrs Ramati held executive position in the area of marketing and business development in the high tech industry, including M-Systems, ART and Vocaltec.
