Max Bluvband - Chief Executive Officer

Having worked on the cutting-edge for leading software companies for nearly a decade, Mr. Bluvband brings to Silent Communication exceptional business and technical expertise.  Mr. Bluvband’s experience has ranged from VOIP Telephony to advanced mobile and multimedia technologies, having worked for Tundo, which specializes in next generation packet telephony and e-commerce solutions, and Softwatch, which creates internet solutions for pharmaceutical and health care companies.  Mr. Bluvband has a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences.

Raviv Kula - Vice President Sales and Marketing

Mr. Kula joined Silent Communication in 2008. He brings to Silent Communication over ten years of experience in sales, business development and marketing in the mobile and fixed line industries.
Before joining Silent Communication, Mr. Kula held senior positions at Comverse, where he managed all voice-related business initiatives, including Comverse’s voicemail and call completion businesses. In his various roles, Mr. Kula was responsible for product strategy, development of business propositions, market penetration and marketing campaigns. Mr. Kula brings to Silent Communication a deep understanding of operators and their networks, and rich marketing and business development expertise. 
Mr. Kula holds a Masters degree in Remote Sensing from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Shahar Hajdu - Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hajdu is responsible for the technology vision across Silent Communication’s product line.
He brings over twelve years of experience in software development ranging from communications to multimedia. Mr Hajdu managed a broad scope of responsibilities as a senior engineer at Elbit, a global defense electronics company. He graduated Cum Laude from the Israel Institute of Technology, the Technion, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Efrat Ramati - Vice President, Business Development & Products

Mrs. Ramati joined Silent Communication at 2007, bringing extensive experience in marketing and business development focused on the mobile communication market. 
Before joining Silent Communication, Mrs. Ramati held executive positions in marketing and business development in the high tech industry at companies including M-Systems, ART and Vocaltec.
